R-5670

Two-component water-based polyurethane adhesive

Rapid lamination of instrument panels, door panels, seats, center armrests and luggage-compartment trim

  • 1 minute after bonding: average 25 N/25 mm
  • After 7 days of curing: approx. 60 N/25 mm
  • Mix ratio, pot life and solids: refer to the current issued TDS
Boundary
R-5670 + R-60C; PVC/knitted fabric bonded to flame-treated PP. Timing starts at completion of bonding. Typical results are not a performance guarantee for a specific project.
