About Us

I was born a foodie.

Most of my earliest memories are about delicious meals my mom would make or watching chefs create mouth watering dishes on cooking shows. I have also always loved working out and anything fitness related. But like many, I struggled with my weight, often losing and gaining up to 50 lbs in a year. It was a rollercoaster and I wanted off that ride. In 2018 I was at my highest weight, depressed and wanted to be a better role model to my children. I mixed my passion of food with my desire to be healthy and started creating delicious low calorie, high protein meals and within a year I lost 110 lbs. Seven years later, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. It’s my dream come true, cooking for people and hopefully guiding them in living their healthiest lives possible. When I’m not cooking, I enjoy CrossFit, Pilates, the beach and anything outdoors with my kids and friends. I’m excited to be “YourChef” and for you to experience the love I put into every dish I create.
